Intellectual property & permitted use

• Copyright and your license. All course content is © The Flow Consortium LLC and Professional Development Network LLC, provided under a personal, non-transferable license for your individual learning. It may not be copied, redistributed, resold, or used to train others or to deliver services, without our written permission.
• Third-party frameworks and trademarks. The Flow System integrates and references third-party frameworks, methods, tools, and works — for example, Cynefin, the Toyota Production System, and human-centered design, among others. These remain the property of their respective owners, are referenced for educational and commentary purposes, and their inclusion does not imply affiliation with, or endorsement by, those owners.
• Our marks. “The Flow System” and related names and logos are trademarks of The Flow Consortium LLC.

Access to purchased content

• Time-limited access. Access to purchased content is time-limited according to the product you bought; the access window is shown at checkout and on each product page. Please complete your learning within that window.
